I'm glad I found a Road Runner Survivor in such good condition......this is very rare

Welcome Tom and Nice cars  :2thumbs:.  If you get time I'd like to see some pics of the dash setup in the Bee.  Did you do the mods on it yourself?  The few times I was in Germany I didn't see any cars like that there.  The guys at the companies we were buying machinery from had said the taxes were just too much and sometimes it was hard to get them legal for road use.

Yes ... many years ago in Germany, we had a lot to pay taxes for cars with a lot of cubic inches.

Since 1997, the tax is cheaper if the car is older than 30 years. (Historical Car)

It is difficult to legally use the car on the road. The car must be technically checked every 2 years
(brakes, tires, chassis, rust places, etc.)
