Spotted this car earlier in the week.  This car is complete, right down to the $400.00 USD jack in the trunk.  She is a bit on the rusty side though!  I want to buy it, either as a project or for parts!

Shakey

Not a crack in that grille!

Just 6T9 CHGR

It is a shame.   Just think of how many others are out there doing the same thing, rotting in a field.

I am going to try and track down this fellow so I can buy this car.   I have his name and a couple of guys in town said that they will help me by keeping their eyes out for him.   I have their phone numbers and they said I can call them for updates.

By the looks of it, this car has sat here for quite some time.   It looks to be totally complete.   Despite the rust, the car is in great shape, straight as an arrow.   There is not even any dings in the grille trim.   I am guessing that this car is complete and numbers matching, but I could be wrong.   The upper rad hose looks incorrect as does the trunk mat.

In the photos I have posted, do you see anything wrong / incorrect?

Do you think this car can be saved?

I took over 20 reference photos to assist in the assembly of my car.

That is a great and sad find all in one.  :'(

Did you check the floors boards and frame? I am going to guess the trunk is gone because the mat is still there.

I would stay on top of that. If you find the guy and he wants to sell don't wait long. Esp. since you just let every Charger fan in North America in on it.  ;)

Good luck, I hope you get it.

I wouldnt part it out,      That would be just one less RT out there.    You can always replace metal including the roof.    Someone would restore it.

Charger_Fan

Wow, that grille really is in amazing shape!

It sucks that the top is so sad, the rest appears to be pretty decent.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

It is hard to tell the true condition of the car from the pictures, but you should definitely try to save it... GREAT FIND!
