70 coronet r/t hood scoops

i have requested info and or pics @this hood before and would like someone to send another pic please. i,m having a hard time finding the center inserts that go into the scoops. i'm assuming these are to keep rain out of the carbs. thanks for your help, steve

Are you looking for the pitchfork style center scoop or the dual twin scoops?

Concerning the dual twin scoops like came on the '70 Dart Swinger 340 cars, Tony's Parts is repopping the rain guards that go in these scoops, as I read a recent article and saw where he had them available....

You mean the power bulge hood not the ramcharger hood.I do have a slight damaged 70 power bulge hood .The plastic block off are gone rest is there.Be a good hood to convert for a superbird also

thanks for the input, nascarxx29- the red hood is what i,m looking for. i have the hood though, just need the inserts, i guess i,ll have to make the mesh grills that go inside the inserts. let me know how much at wncsoundone@yahoo.com   thanks steve

does anybody have these scoops? aero cars section-page34-superbird hood-page 2. i have the scoops, need the inserts that are in the back of the scoops. the red hood shows it perfectly. if you dont want to sell them, could i borrow them to make a mold out of them? steve

thanks for all the responces, the red hood is the one. the inserts in the back part of the scoop is what i'm looking for though, i'll make the block off plates. if anybody has them for sale or if i can borrow them to make a mold that would be great. do let me know, thanks again, steve
