One charger gone, another to replace it already :)

well, a member here talked me out of my white 69 charger, i had it for sale a while back, but when another guy bought my yellow 69 i kinda took it off the market... like i said i got talked out of it. anywho, it went to a good home. I barely had the money in hand and bought another car.. really wasn't wanting another 70, as now i don't have a nice 68 or 69, but i couldn't pass this deal up. Always wanted a nice plum crazy purple mopar. WHat do you guys think? i love that it has working power windows, and he says the paint is a 10. a few things i'll have to do is add black bumblebee stripe, new steering wheel, i'll put some wheels and tires on it,and it looks like the upper door pads are the puffy non original restored type. Kind of looks like Y09 on the fender tag?? Not sure what that is about, i noticed it has N95 california emissions. Opinions welcome! i won't disclose what i paid for it, we'll just call it "under 20"

Hey Bill! Yeah it was gold when this guy got it, and had it painted the purple, truthfully if it wasn't a numbers matching R/T or something, i couldn't have made myself paint it gold either. so that part i'm fine with. I'll be a little more specific and say somewhere under $18k, and that includes delivery personally from the owner.

It's got Y09 on the tag (Export car). It's also got the Cali code (N95), so most likely a soldier ordered it while stationed outside the US.

no it(the white 69) was a 318 car, with a 383 in it. the 70 charger is a 383 with a non numbers matching 383 in it. Hey Bull, the trading has gone down because i sold off a lot of my chargers without replacing them, i wanted to get our house paid for in this economy, then if i can grow my collection again, so be it, if not, then i'll be happy with the 4 or so nice cars i have left..

the wheels and tires are MBmotoring "old school" wheels, they are a pretty new wheel, not a unique design necessarily.. 17x8 front 17x9.5 rear. the tires are 245/45/17 front and 275/50/17 back. they were under $1300 for the whole setup mounted balanced ready to put on.

That tire and wheel combo looks awesome. I didn't like the before look with those small thin tires in the back.
