I'm putting this here cause it's really not a body question, I've been thinking of putting a few extra gauges in the Charger, I was thinking about making or buying a pillar "pod unit" that I see for a lot of other brands, however I don't seem to see any for the Charger or any B-Body mopar, what did you guys do to keep the extra gauges clean and mounted in your cars?

I've been thinking about this also. Haven't seen any pieces and not sure a truck unit could be adapted. :shruggy: :popcrn:

A truck unit may provide a template from which one could be fabricated.

The just dashes set up looks very trick :2thumbs:

You could buy a pillar pod set up from auto meter and bond it to your existing a pillar. Use some filler to smooth it out then get some SEM texture spray and SEM satin black to finish off. It would probably come out nice.

Exactly, My whole purpose in driving my Old Skool stuff is to get away from the Typical three gauge pods along the A pillar...Gimme a Big 'ol honkin' SunPro tach mounted just off center of the steering column...

Brian has the just dash's setup in his Charger, it looks great too, but I like the pillar idea.

The Just Dashes thing is great... and the price was right ( for me!!!  :icon_smile_big: )  but I know it's not cheap.

Probably just have to take a universal pod deal and trim to fit.    Lots of options on ebay, etc.  but none of them bolt in.  Most all are black abs plastic that wouldn't match the factory grain on the A pillar covers so gotta keep that in mind.
