Valve help!!

I found a set of valves on the dreaded ebay for a good price and I want to know if they'll fit my setup properly.  I have a set of 302 cast heads off a 318 and want to increase the valves sizes from 1.77/1.50 to 1.88/1.60 (360 size).  My question is, since the valves have the correct head size, will the stem length be a problem since they're built for 360 heads?  Can they be fabricated if needed?  Trying to supply my own parts to the machine shop to so I can avoid their markup.
