Shocks are on right..think a lot of people put em on wrong  :yesnod:

Weird.  Ive always seen shocks (even from the factory) with the piston side being on top.  (probably to help prevent leaks of fluid or whatever).  This is actually the first time I have seen them mounted like that.

Sorry, I forgot to write anything.

I was just screwing with you on the shock mounting.  When I installed mine back in 2003 I emailed Edelbrock and ask if they made a mistake on the "this side up" sticker.  They didn't.

bull

 At first I figured you were messin' with me but then a few other people agreed with you so I didn't know what to think.

Anyway, what's new with your car? Did you even get that new dash plastic?

RTPTRON

My car is in great shape and all the dash parts are installed.  It's a good thing because I have not been able to fund my hobby account for 2 years now.  I am still blessed but on a tight budget.

Hey Bull, are you getting one of those grounding straps for the sender? I need to get one as well. A couple years ago someone said the dealership still had them, any ideas?

I have my original but haven't installed it yet because it's all rusty. Later today I'll media blast and clear coat it.

Megapartsusa has ground straps for sale. Not sure about the dealerships but it's possible they have them too.

This ones stainless steel. Hooks to the tube on sending unit and fuel line going to the engine.

Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....

squeakfinder

It jumps the gap from the sending unit to the fuel line that the rubber hose creates.

I think this is a A-body...
