ZZ Top!  :coolgleamA:

Nice swap too, bet the fuel milage and reliability would be great.
Also able to make a mean sound with those exhaust cutouts!

Swedes do make some fun toys.

I like how the wrench drops under the car as soon as the engine starts

Looks like he did a nice job! Just confused as to why you would go threw all the hassle of swapping in a new gen hemi yet put a carb on it.  I would really like one of those motors I just done know if I could part ways with my 493, it just looks so at home in there.

I thought about this swap for old Lil' Red Express but, I went with a carbed 5.9 Magnum instead.

BubBABFP

I think that is awesome! I was thinking of doing the same swap on my 68 but decided to pass and go old school with a nice 500hp 440. What I would do is definitely add a cam asap!

The only thing I don't like about the new Hemi is the lack of torque at lower revs. I mean a cam swap can change that of course plus more ponies.

I love those motors especially with the factory fuel injection. Some of you may already know that since my '68 is getting one. I do have to admit tho that they do not make great power in the lower rpms but you had better hold on to something as soon as they hit 3000rpm. It honestly feels like you hit an after burner or something because it just takes off
