Any brake pros out there, some people say metallic pads are good and others say ceramic, I'm looking for pads for my truck, stop and go driving in the city,

ceramic pads are good !  but  dont think they are to be used on trucks or anything heavy !  ,  but not 100%  sure on this  :scratchchin: :popcrn:

Try getting some Hawk performance pads. They have ferro-carbon compound pads that stop great.
