Got it in guys.

works great!

no more "spt" sound like the other one was doing on the cab side of the booster.

Took it out for a quick test drive and its stopping a lot better.

Engine even seems more responsive. Cant say it for sure yet if the surging at freeway speed issue is gone because it started to rain so I had to bring it back to the garage again before I could run it out on the freeway but I think it may be good to go.

Hopefully the weather will get better so I can take it out tomorrow for a real test.

But the Brakes WORK GREAT now.
