440 4 groove pulley for cast crank work on a 383?

Will a 4 groove pulley for a cast crank work on a 383? Is all that's needed is the bolt hole to be elongated?

Cast crank doesn't change the position of the pulley mounting surface (except on a Hemi) so all wedge pulleys can be used if the accompanying pulleys line up.

that is for the older b and rb engines... not sure what year, but mopar went to a symmetrical design to alleviate the "odd" hole issue.

I seem to recall that they give a pretty good rundown on pulleys on the 440 Source website.  Might check that out.

66 & 67 big blocks had the "odd" hole set-up in the crank pulley....not sure about the later years....

So consensus it that it will work? Might just need to elongate that one odd hole?

Just want to be sure, another member is buying the pulley from me and i want to make sure it will work for him.

 Seems that is more than the Norm, than a odd issue.

'72 was the change year to the symmetric bolt pattern.
