Where do these go.......Front suspension help

Sorry no pics im at work.....I have two " spacers " left from my front end disassemby....they are metal about half an inch in height.  I looked in the service manuel but there is no pic of them, I wanna say they came from the upeer control arms...anyone I can post pics later tonite when I get home....thanks

If they look like short pieces of tubing they are retainer sleeves for the upper control arm bushings, hardly anybody reinstalls them...they're usually missing after the first rebuild.

As long as their not the torsion bar adjuster pivot you should be ok!

i was lead to believe  they were mainly fitted to   fleet taxi /police cars etc   , might be remembering it wrong though ! as it was some thing i read & saw an exploded diagram years ago
