Found this in an old magazine. Richard Brooks the driver.  Seem to remember it being a Rossi car.

I believe that's the 1971 Daytona 500? The only race that season with a wing car on a superspeedway, or any track for that matter. The Wing cars were clipped of their 426 powerplants, they had to run a small block. From my understanding, the car did pretty well........

That was the last race for a wing car in NASCAR, but the cars were still legal in USAC up north.

I believe the Daytona was holding its own and was running in the top 5 or 10 before it was taken out by an accident involving Pete Hamilton, driving the #6 Cotton Owens '71 Road Runner shown in this picture.

Brooks drafted up and led the race for a short while.   The deal with Hamilton took him out of contention, but he still finished 7th.    

The equalizer aside from aerodynamics was that the Hemi and Boss 429 cars were running with the smallest restrictor plate opening.   The older 427 Tunnelports (and 426 wedge) got a little bigger opening which made them a good combination for 1971.   I don't think the 305 had to run a plate of any kind.  

For 1971 the only factory sponsored cars left were the two Petty cars.    The top Ford competitors went back to the 1969 Mercury body in 1971 because it was the slickest of the non-aero Fords.

Here's a good question for Bill Rossi:   What the heck was Golden Products?

What the heck was golden products .  Possibly some kind of industrial coating material for high heat applications. I thought it was something chemical,But if this is right its a extract from a cashew nut ??

Being that the company is based in India, and according to their website, is "two decades old" - it makes me think it's not the right one.
