Very cool.. Julius used to own my Daytona, a partnership with Dave M. I know he did the engine compartment when it came back from England and Pete W. That red with white plummage is great.....

Geno, Jim, Danny and/or anyone, didn't all Daytonas come with wheel-lip mouldings?

I thought wheel lip mouldings were standard on all Chargers?

Yep! - Never seen one without. But, I have not seen them all!  :icon_smile_big:

I looked at my pictures on file and magazines cant say Im seeing a daytona without wheel moulding .My :Twocents: as they have to cover where the fender met the front valance on the front to cover that area .The front had to have them and rear got them to  :shruggy:

Maybe this guy this one I think once on ebay lacking wheel trim.Same guy Brian H I think recently had a F6 daytona on ebay

   I've fixed a LOT of that guy's mistakes in the past  -  throw out bearings not being hooked up correctly, hack job leaf spring mounts, and numerous other things...


Not knocking your 'Tona - just saying that guy isn't god's gift to the mopar community.

1966 and 67 too, so it looks like 1970 was the first year of dumbing them down (discounting making the tach optional after the first gens as well  :icon_smile_wink: :nana:).

I forst met Brian and Debbie when they owned this car. Saw the car at the aero meet this past year.. Still looks great. I have a set of 15x7 steelies and may just very well do the same for mine. I love the look........
