Difference in VIN on fender tag, radiator support and trunk lip

Was wondering if there is a difference in the VIN on the fender tag verses the radiator support and the trunk lip.  My fender tag VIN is XP29G9B439223, but the radiator support numbers and trunk lip are B9 439223.  This is on a 69 charger.

For some reason the plant code and model year are swapped around.All(most '69's) are like this.As long as the sequence numbers are the same your good.
