more compression

You guys have been great on my engine build so far so here's another one for ya.  I'm trying to figure out what kind of compression I can get out of this low comp stock engine.  

1) Does anyone know what the stock deck height is for a '72 318? I can't find anything on how far down the pistons actually sit.

2) Is optimum quench around .04-.045?

3) What size head gasket should I use with cast 302 heads (62cc) and stock pistons? .025 too small?
