The original was more of a tan(ish) felt... not what amounts to glorified tar paper like has been sold elsewhere.  What YearOne is selling may be better than what I remember seeing years ago being sold as a "correct repro", so I don't mean to knock their product. 

However, if you want the best available reproduction go to Dixie Restoration Parts.  They don't have the tank pads listed on their website, but they are available if you call and ask.  I scored one for my Daytona late last year after reading about 'em on Moparts.  Very close to the originals according to the experts.

I'd use the heavy felt roofing paper, the foam rubber "replacements" rot away is short order.
