Engine Assembly Lube ?

What do you guys recommend for an assembly lube? Its been a long time since I have done this.

I Like the Redline lube....sticks like glue and is oil soluble. On flat tappet cams i use moly paste on the lifter faces, lobes and journals. I know this doesn't apply to you Brian but i threw it out there for anyone else who may be reading this question.

i've done a couple of motors for friends with flat tappets.mine are all rollers thou.
