Stipe kit on a car with strange hood.

I want to put a 71 stripe kit on this. The car body was originally a 74. I have no idea where the hood comes from and all the stripe kits I'm finding have cut-outs for the mesh grill in the hood.

Any ideas?

74's have NO hood vents, plus the 71 stripes will not follow the contours of your car properly.

71-72 stripe kits won't work? I always thought the 71-74 upper body curves were almost identical and  the curves differed around the bottom of the door and fenders.
Would the hood graphics fit?

As far as I know the body lines are only diff on the lower portion

I've seen the 71 stripes on 73-4's, but I can't remember what doesn't jive. If I can dig up a pic, I'll post it.

The hood bulges are the same, year to year, so there should be no problem there.
