383 Engine numbers

Picked up a 383. Wondering if someone could decode the numbers for me.

And theres a casting that shows the Shift it was made on and it's pointing to "N" but theres an "LL" after it.

Just wondering if this engine is a good candidate for a rebuild. Because the price was right.

'66 383,with the small 1.60 exhaust valves,closed chamber heads. Assembled on the 23rd day of the 11th month '65. Would make a good builder......

use 1.81 exhaust valve & a shallow hardened seat insert in the 516 heads
