Did all power disc brake '70 B-bodies come with the dual proportioning valve set up for the brakes as pictured?

The lower "valve" is a safety switch to turn on your warning light.  The upper unit is a metering valve I think.  Your proportioning valve is most likely on the inside of your frame rail.  Follow that single brake line coming off the safety switch and heading for the rear of the car and it should be another foot or so downstream.

:iagree: There were three individual parts in '70.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

The top valve has lines that go to the front two calipers and the bottom valve has the in/out for the master cylinder and feed for the rears........
