99 durango trade for 98.5 Dodge Ram Cummins 24 v

I have a 99 Durango SLT plus loaded 5.9 with around 115000 and came across someone wanting to trade hi 98.5 Ram with the 24 v cummins it has 190000 is a 5 speed and body is a little rougher then mine but is a truck. I have needed a truck more and more lately and using my durango as truck has it limits.  Even though I have tow pack on Durango this thing would tow anything I would ever want to tow.
I drove it and it drives real well he a mechanic and has it running tops. I would like opinions as I was not in the market to get rid of the duranog but if I ever did I was wanting a cummins dodge.

It is a 2wd and I have only used my 4wd 3 or 4 times in the almost 7 years I have had it.

look up the value of each truck your decision will be easy  Im willing to bet truck is worth 5k more minimum

I am thinking same, and since he asked to trade first and then looked at values after the trade was discussed he is wanting more from my end.
I am waiting to see what else he is looking for.
