Removal of woodgrain piece over glovebox?

How do I remove the woodgrain piece that is over the glove box on a 70 Charger? Do I have to remove the glove box liner?

yes , there are speed nts that hold the wood grain on  , becarefull when tightening , easy to twist stud off !
