A search on Brad's NOS shows that it's a "License Plate B" 
Assume it was cut off - as a lot of descriptions are on that site - and it should read Bracket.
No info on the application though.

I'll say it doesn't look familiar, but it was a long long time ago that I would have ever touched the license plates bracket on my car. So, who knows?

Good find UFO   It sure looks like it.  Now why did I end up with it?  Everything I got was supposed to be on the car when the previous owner tore it down and he wasn't a mopar guy.  Bob
