Fender tag questions

This 73 that I just bought has 2 fender tags. One has nothing but a single "H" on it. Any idea what this is?

On the other tag, I tried using the fender tag decoder program on stockmopar.com but there a few numbers that it says "Unknown At This Time" Basically all the top line and the 28 starting in the second line gives me that message...

30145   190066    057   987055

28                 G37
V1X    U    V21     J54
FE5   H6X9  TX9  213   076958
E68   D34   WH23   P3A    188040

I came up with what is below. Don't fender tags generally tell you rear end ratios or am I just not entering things in the right box with this decoder?

E68 400-4 Barrel High Preformance
D34 TorqueFlite Automatic Transmission
WH23 W = Dodge Coronet / Charger
H = High
23 = 2 Door Hardtop
P3A P = 400 260HP(net) 1-4BBL 8 CYL
3 = 1973
A = Lynch Road, MI, USA
188040 Sequence Number '188040'
FE5 Paint Code: Bright Red / Rally Red
H6X9 Trim Grade/Style/Color
H = High
6 = Vinyl Bucket Seats
X9 = Black
TX9 Upper Door Frame: Black / Black Velvet
213 Date Built: 2 / 13 / 1973
076958 Order Number: 076958
V1X Roof Type OR Color:  Full Vinyl Top - Black
U Built to Specifications for USA Order
V21 Performance Hood Treatment
J54 Hood Insulating Pad
28 Unknown At This Time
G37 Left Hand Remote, Right Hand Manual Chrome Mirrors

The tag with the "H" is an inspection tag.

Usually there is a CTD(continued), if there were more sales codes than space allowed for one tag, "CTD" would be listed as the last code listed on first data tag, meaning at least one more tag.. I do not see that  (CTD) on your tag.

True - but that's a Lynch Road tag - they don't put END or CTD on their tags.....that I have ever seen anyway

30145 = Gate and base numbers 30 and 145. This has to do with the body in white
190066 = body sequence number - again, related to the assembly of the body

057=  engine assembly = 400-4bbl for a B body with automatic and A/C
987= rear axle assembly but I don't know the specs for this code
055= transmission assembly = 727 for late '72 and 1973 B/C body car equipped with 400-4bbl

After '74, LR tags look similar to other plants

They finally did it!

P.S. I have a 69 St. Louis RR to send you - need to find the file.

Thanks. I was curious what rear end gears it might have. Wonder where I could get the codes for that "987= rear axle assembly"..
