Are the fenders on 71-74 the same? I found some patch panels on ebay but they only list 71 and 72.

73-74 same
based on what I know.

you meant the "dog leg" patch ? yes will work... that section is the same.

exterior skin both are basically same fenders and interchangeable... will meet all the outer body lines. Wheel opening cut is around 1.5" higher on 73/74s but that doesn't affect the "dog leg" patch.
