Well I have Monday off and I feel like getting out of town.

I've given myself a approximate range of 5 hours distance from Chicago in which to travel on Sunday, stay overnight and then drive back.  Where should I go, whats around?

Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois.  You guys tell me.  Where should I go, where are the good car finds?  It is just me and the open road and a point in the right direction!

I am just looking for cars in barns, junkyard, etc...  Anyone know of a Superbird or Daytona sitting in a barn that I haven't found yet?

I'm thinking I might go back to my old stomping grounds in Macomb, IL.  Check out the links below to see some of the stuff.

I am in Indiana, and the only thing we have here is snow.  Though, it is rapidly melting (global warming you know).   :D

I am not aware of any Birds or Daytonas still sitting in a barn.  In fact I don't know of anything good sitting in a barn around here.  I do know of a guy with a few Chargers sitting out in a field on ST. RD. 6 north of Fort Wayne.  One is a triple black 69 R/T.  But those are not for sale as he is going to restore them someday.   :icon_bs:  Good luck on your search.

I am hoping to have a Daytona in the garage next to the Challenger convertible in about a month.  You are welcome to come down to Granite City and see it any time

Thanks guys, sorry about the delay.  I got sick after getting covered in mud in one junkyard on Monday.  I have 3 blogs planned.  First one is almost done.

Also I will have to see what is coming up.  But I'll see if I can get down there.

Thanks for the help guys, keep watching!
