Nacho, keep in mind the exhaust system is 20+ years old for one, and running headers as well (forgot to mention that). 

I'll try and get a comparison vid with the '70.

She's running the 496 through TTI coated headers (3.5" collectors) into a 3" system w/X pipe & Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers (stainless tips).

Tan, hmmmm, maybe I'll be better off using the tube.

I thought that sounded familiar. Just like my old Charger. Same exhaust with 25 cu in less displacement.

I miss that sound.

yeah maybe ! an idea !!  youtube it !!  as it was a really long time down loading the sound , like ten minutes , prolly more

They don't support the file type apparently (3gpp), and I don't have a way to convert it.

I really wish I knew what cam is in that motor (not stock for sure).

I'd think the only way to know is to do a tear down... For me that would break rule #1: If it's not broken, don't fix it.
