Wow :o Looks great.  What did you use for paint?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Wow :o Looks great.  What did you use for paint?

Went to a place called Wesco paint and supplies and had um special mix me up some of my EF8 paint and shot it myself in the garage with my paint gun. and then touched up the corners and hard access areas with some spray cans of the stuff that they filled for me. then clearcoated the hell out of everything.
The paint brand is called Deltron and the clearcoat I used is called U-POL

Thanks for all the complements. It was a lot of work to get everything out and masked but it was worth it I think for a nice freshed up look around the new six pack.

Cant wait till I get the new Booster, master cylinder, Battery tray and Battery back in there.

That looks great and may be the way I go. I need to learn how to spray from a real gun and figured thir and or the inside trunk area may be the place to start. Thanks for the inspiration.

A very nice engine bay!

Hey 70charginglizard, do you have a p/n on that upper radiator hose? It's hard to find a driver side molded hose!

Pretty sure it was the SR110 22" radiator hose from year one. #2863244 .
not cheap though.

Might look real pretty but it's got issues again at start up.

got the battery back in today and started it up to a real high idol for about 5 minutes. stopped it and then started it again for some adjustments on the kick down linkage.

but then...after that....it started doing that "Turns over and starts to light up but wont stay running" I'm getting fuel, I'm getting spark but it wont get running. What the hell now! :rotz:

Checked that ignition wire I've had problems with in the past and thats all hooked up ok.

all I can think of is some kind of ignition problem. At least thats what it acts like.

If you did the same amazing job on the engine as you did on the engine bay it should be running fine in a bit...wow!
