Install of trunkbars

Is there a "prefered" way of installing the bars for the trunklid? To have the least tension on them to make it a bit easier?

I did it once years ago and it was tough, I don't know if there is an easy way  But becarefull.

Well in fact it's pretty easy to install them.

I placed Per's hinges and torsion bars in less than 10 mins. Using my bare hands and it wan's hard to do at all...
