IS A E-BODY 8.75 THE SAME WIDTH AS A- BODY 8.75 REAR ?

Just a simple question , is a A -body 8.75 the same width as e-body 8.75 ?

A-Body -  52-37/64" Length

E-Body -   56-7/16" Length

And B-Body -   54-29/32" Length

P.S. - These are all 1970 dimensions - I don't think the B-body changed from '69 much - I'll check

The parts book doesn't say where that measurement is taken from but If I had to bet money I would say hub faces.
