What does this radio faceplate fit?

 Its 10 3/4" long, 3 5/8" high,  round holes are 5 3/4" center to center, opening for radio is 3 3/4" X 13/16" , opening for buttons is 3 3/8" X 1/2". Its black plastic with a woodgrain covering, no numbers on back, has a slight bulge out at the top center.

 Do you think this one would have the wrinkle texture if I remove the woodgrain cover?

The one I have appears to be smooth under the vinyl woodgrain.
