are they the same if it was off a coronet or any dodge vehicle that year.i need 4 speed pedals for my 68 charger what other dodge vehicles can i get them off of?

any B-body ( I believe 66-69) - the 1970 B-body pedals are a direct swap in (I wish I had the 70 Pedal set in my 68...    they have an integrated clutch safety switch)

Would it be that hard to retrofit a clutch switch to the earlier style ones?

it isnt rocket science...    just have to weld o a stud of some sort
