Dude, I'm tellin' ya. Listen to Mike and I, replace the black steel wheels above with some Basset Nascar wheels, leave the BFG TAs on and your search will be over.

Only one type of Basset wheel is DOT approved for street use and I think all of them are lug-centric so you have to do some research on which ones will work but they sure look good IMO.

one more  :)

Hey Kingjoop, that just looks awesome!  I've got a friend that is trying to get that exact look on a 69 and if you could post that pic or maybe a 69 in that orange color.  Thanks!!

Still working on the 69 body.. so here the 68 in orange;

Thanks, he really appreciates you taking the time to generate those pics.  Oh by the way I believe that i kinda like those Bassets too and I don't think you can't go wrong with those blacked out spokes on the Torque Thrust II's.

Please keep us posted on how it goes! The Basset's are one of my favorite wheels, what size did you get?  :cheers:

kingjoop

front; 15*8
back; 15*10 with 4,5" backspacing (this is the same as the centerlines i have now, fits great with my willwood discbrakes in the back)

They told me they build the rims for YOU when you order, so you can tell them what backspaing you want, bolt pattern, ect.... i was thinking they had a stock but no  :scratchchin: :2thumbs:

When i have them ill share some pics (and burnout vids i gues  :icon_smile_big:)

Sweet and built just for you, gotta love that! (That's the set up I want for my car)  :cheers: Good Luck!!

BubBABFP

kingjoop, did you end up getting the DOT or the others? Because I like the race style better than the dot and they make it in a 5.5bs width of 10", thats what I want.  Do you need to do anything special to make em work?

Brass

Kingjoop, what were those first rims in the tire line up?  The ones that look like chrome slots?

I love the Bassets.  Those will look great!

I'd leave it as is....maybe some tint...but that's it....The centerlines look awesome on the Charger....as if that's the car they were made for.   Save the rims for the pimp mobiles!!!!  I would rather spend that "bling" money on horsepower than on something that will outlive it's usefulness.   Your car looks cool just the way it is!!!
