Hi,
I will bend and make a 3/8 fuel lines for my crossram (fuel pump to carburators). Will use 6AN nuts and sleeves and one tee fitting. Will also use a 6AN fuel filter.
Now to the question: Could a use aluminum nuts and sleevs when use a steel line/tube or must I use aluminum line/tube.

Thanks!

Sorry for the late response but I was always told aluminum with aluminum and steel with steel

It's finish - brass fittings and aluminum (3/8") maybe not the best combo but looks stealt! The coil is changed to a msd 8207 wich fit much better.

Very impressive and yes my six pack has steel to steel tube and nuts but they are into brass so this even looks correct.  :2thumbs:

Thanks, I bended it myself.
Brian, thanks again for helping me out when I need the fuel lines to my charger.
I did talk to Greg (faboulus productions?) about this project to and he was very helpful but couldn't delivery fuel lines to a croos ram.
It was really fun to manufacture!
Hope the car will delivery on the track this spring/summer. Big stroker with ported indy sr head, mech roller cam and 2x800 thunder avs edelbrock.

The fuel lines look great....aluminum will seal up fine....the soft metal conforms to the inverted flare fitting easier than mild steel and much easier than stainless.  :yesnod:

That car should be an Animal with those upgrades.  :2thumbs:

Thanks!
I have 3/8" all the way from the gas tank also 3/8 sending unit. I havent install this sending unit myself it was installed when I purchased the car. Is it any who disturb the flow on the newer units like a sock or something. My fuel filter is a professionel products full flow filter. And the fuel pump is a carter hemi pump. Hope I dont need to be afraid of bad fuel delivery...

It's still a street car.
