Not if you want brakes when you have a low vacuum situation.......why would you want to do this?

Go ahead, let us know how it works out for you.

But really, why would you do it? If your car craps out and you need to stop, that last bit of vacuum might be needed.
Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....

Its ugly. But, I guess I gotta keep it. I didnt know if it was important. Glad momma taught me to think before I act. Glad I asked.

I think Ill get a longer hose so that I can relocate it out of view.

All the check valves that I am aware of pop into the brake booster and are held in place by a rubber grommet.  I can't even think of anyway how you could relocated it.

by the initial description I think he is talking about a diff valve than the booster one... some cars got a white check valve in line, at the hose ( my dad's 75 Mercedes is one )... not an old mopar thing though. Maybe was mounted for some damage on original check valve or maybe some brakes performance added ? :shruggy:

something like this:

or this:

or like this with extra nipples... you can notice is an in line hose stuff

if you have that one, you can simply remove it and use just the brake booster one. If damaged, simple replace it, they are available. Run a straight hose line from intake manifold nipple to the right check valve
