It's a '70 clone

was parked off the highway with engine problems, owner returned and car was gone.
hopefully just towed by the man......

i don't know about Cali but most states will give you 24 hrs to get it off the side of the road unless its a hazard, i know 101 is narrow in some places, usually the tow company can't pick it up unless the sticker put on the window by the cops has expired.  wonder if he "said" it was only a couple of hours and it was actually the next day???

why would you leave that daytona....I believe that 90 percent of the population has cell phones...plus if the hood was up...most people who are in mopars would have stopped by and asked if they could help....but you never know :Twocents:

Me and my dad pushed my 318 Duster when it died to my grandparents down the road with my old Jeep. There was no frickin' way we were leaving it on the side of the road. I sure in hell wouldn't leave my Mopar on the side of the road and leave.
