Anyone add an R/T stripe to a car with emblems?

Hey,

So I have been contemplating ditching the quarter panel R/T emblems and adding a vinyl stripe on my 69.

My question is what would be the best way (if its even possible) to fill the emblem holes with out having to repaint the quarter panels? I am not a fan of having both the emblems and the stripe.
