Fall shot. I hope you folks don't find stock units boring.

Love that look. My red 70' is originally B3 blue. Undecided if I want to go back to the original blue someday or leave it red since I am used to the red after 23 years.

Are those black Aero wheels Chris 69?? A friend of mine has them on his Daytona and they look grouse  :2thumbs:
They look good and amazing how much less they weigh than dirty old 15 x 8 & 15 x 10 Magnums, seriously they weigh a ton!

They are the Cragar Series 342 "D-window" steel wheel with black centercaps, 15x7 in front and 15x8 in rear. They are definitely heavier than the repro slot mags I was running. Sounds like the Aero wheels weigh less than these Cragars!

JB400

Aero wheels only weigh about 20 lbs. each.  I have no idea about the Magnums.

I'll weigh one next time and check. We changed out the magnums to aeros at the track for the Daytona photo shoot and I couldn't believe just how light they were. So the magnums must suck a lot of horsepower just to turn them . A mate came over yesterday in his oz Val Charger and has 15" ansen sprints on it, they look cool

You folks were so nice about my old bone-stocker, I thought I'd add another shot. These cars are rolling art, after all.

Stock look is awesome..our cars are very photogenic  :2thumbs:

Stock or not still all look badass...I have maybe seen 1 or 2 i thought were ugly.

lloyd3

Appreciate the kind words folks. I fear that I tend to focus on the areas remaining that need work and then forget the bigger picture.  The closer you get to being "done" on one of these cars, and the further it seems to be out of reach. Way too-easy to sweat the small stuff and forget how to enjoy all the other fun parts of ownership.

Ghoste

I think most of us are like that.  :2thumbs:

Laxy

Love the bone stocker - that blue looks perfect on it.

what color code blue is that lloyd?  its not QQ1 is it?

Dans 68

Not QQ-1. More like CC-1. See this thread on the blue colors for the 68's. http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,30646.0.html
