Looks like a totally different card than the 66-67, I'm not even sure they were used for the same purposes. Too bad we can't get post '67 data from Chrysler to find out. I'd be more than surprised if anyone found a '66-'67 IBM build record card like Chrysler gives you in their car... ever. So until then it's crappy microfiche with high quality reproductions.

It has Chrysler's name on it & you are selling them, so yes, you would need to have them sign off on it.
