Are you sure of the last three numbers?

No tag....I'm going by the numbers cast on the inside.

That's the housing casting number,won't give you the application.That housing is used for both 383 and 440.If it is a dual point the number stamped on the vacuum chamber arm can narrow it down but without a tag you will never know the original application.
