Hah!  I agree!  The ladies and kids love the purple.  If they were the only ones voting at the shows I would be getting 1st all of the time.

As to the challenger I say sell the orange one to me and get the purple one.  If you get tired of the orange just give me a call and we'll trade!

I voted for get the purple...

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

But, 37K is still not under 30K if i am doing correct math here.  :shruggy:

Congrats on your new ride! Those new Challengers are one of the nicest looking cars on the road. It's like buying a turn-key resto mod without the insane expense.

My thoughts exactly!
And, as an added bonus...there's a warranty....and I got 22mpg (US) on my drive home....with cruise control on.

I stopped by the dealer where I bought my 2006 Charger SRT8 just to see what they had on the lot, and they just got in a Plum Crazy Challenger SRT8. It was REALLY hard to walk away from that car! Plus, it had a manual in it, which I hear goes quite well with the 6.1L HEMI. I personally find a manual trans car more fun to drive, and I have owned several over the years. But, my Charger is paid off, so not having a car payment again made walking away a little easier, but only a little!

But now you have all that money from the car payment burning a hole in your pocket!

If I do anything with the extra money, it will be to find a nice 2nd or 3rd gen Charger to park next to my SRT8, and that is after I have a new garage built.
