Usually the sway bar kits come with everything that goes between the sway bar and the LCA so you can hack away. Typically the links are rusted to crap so you'll end up snapping the nuts off upon removal but don't worry, there are replacements.

Here in Australia  the Circumfrence is the total outside measurement,the Diameter is the distance from one side to the other through the center and the radius is the distance to the centre from the outside  .
