how to lean out air fuel ratio at part throttle

Hey,

so doing some tuning today on the 493.

Idle is good at 14.6:1
WOT is very close 12.5 - 13:1
however my part throttle is too rich, about 12 - 12.5:1. I need to lean it out but am not exactly sure what to change. If I understand correctly part throttle should run off of the idle transfer slots to some degree, so do I change the idle air bleeds to lean out the part throttle mix? FYI its a holly 950 HP
