Gears Changed

I missed a couple of Monster Mopar Weekends in St. Louis and a couple of South East Charger meets due mainly to one reason,,my gearing,,I was running 3.55's and I hate the engine RPM at highway speed,,so much so that it felt like I was abusing it even for short distances.
I just installed a 489 case with 2.76 gears,,it's a a Highway Machine now
I'll be making the runs now

i have 2.94s in my charger now,was planning on switching to 3.55s this winter,i already have the pumpkin with the sure grip. what type of complaint did you have with the 3.55s?i am running 27 inch tall rear tires,if it matters
