hi guys,
on this website under the 'cars for sale thread' is a 1969 c500 'bug deflector' car for sale. seller states the car is rust free and numbers matching. no price is disclosed, but the seller mentions that he has 45k into the vehicle.

i have not as of yet contacted the owner, but i would like to know what you guys think the value is on a rust free-#'s matching car? i only ask because i have never personally encountered a car of this stature.
thanks again,
tony

On a car as specialized and easy to document as a 500, why would you let that stop you?   Also, I think it has the window sticker with it which will have the key codes off the fender tag including the special order number.

in my humble opinion, i feel that 45k is top dollar for this praticular car-i expect to have a fender tag for that amount.
thanks

Yes, the price would seem high for an unrestored car with no tag.
