I don't think it's a 67 part.  As far as I know that was a 68 only wheel cover for use on things like Fury's and Monaco's.

When in doubt check the parts book.  According to the part number they supply it is for Dodge and Plymouth C-bodies with disc brakes and of course 15" wheels.  BUT... according to the picture, it is for Plymouth Dodge AND Chrysler with disc brakes.  I'll go with the part number listing as to application.

My favorite is the Charger bumper jack. I've lost count how many of them I've seen sell for hundreds of dollars that weren't even close to correct.
