Why is there a monkey on the wing?

The Monkey used to work for Suburban Auto Group before the auto crisis hit and got layed off.  Now he sits on the trunk instead of inside it.

I tried to buy it a few months ago from the guy in Detroit. The seller tells me that he is on vacation and wont be back till Monday. I had my appraiser all lined up to inspect the day he gets back. I ask him if I can send him a deposit and he says no that he is out of town, and to not worry. He says to call him Monday morning to arrange a meeting between him and the appraiser, then if its accurate to what he says it is then send the deposit. All is good, till I call him Monday and he says he sold the car last week to the guy who owned it before him. Now the guy is selling to make a profit. Oh well i guess its the nature of the Mopar world today. What a shame.
