I have these nuts on hand with a question. I've been looking and can't find anything or anywhere else this particular nut is used, except on 1969 and 1970 Charger tailights -  any thoughts

it's a 3/8" hex head - 10-24 machine thread with a 3/4" captive serrated washer . all in yellow zinc di-chromate

any help is much appreciated
