What's the name of the panel bond if I may ask?

Here you go dude. This are the last set of pictures I can put up though, my Photobucket is starting to get plugged up. It's not hard to post them yourself using Photobucket. It's a simple program and straight forward, even easier if you read the FAQ.

Yeah I got this stuff from my buddy, you can see how it looks, I used it to put the new stacks on in the cowl.
Can I use to attach the cowl cover? Instead of tack welding?
Thanks

Charger-Bodie

The only problem with you vent stacks ,is that they are supposed to have a splash guard edge toward the cowl vent to avoid rain blowing in during a hard rain while driving down the road.

This weekend I want to ge it driving. Illegaly but driving, I'm shooting to get just enough done to make her go, because if I dont like how she goes, I'm selling it for a new truck to build, were going to have 2 seats, cooling, fuel, steering, brakes, enough wireing to run, and that's about it, I can't stop thinking about getting another 4x4, but I cant sell a rust free car I never drove, if I like the car I'm going to keep and build it, but f not I'll be asking for prices to sell it for.
Does that sounds "fair nuff"? :shruggy:

Any opinions?

Not enough money, if I don't like the handleing and it's a car made to drive I don't see the point in it.

Your heart is not in this car, especially  if you don't know wether you like it or not till you drive it,  I have had mine for 4 years and have never  driven it or heard it running.
I think you should sell it and let someone who appreciates  it put the correct time and effort into the project.
These cars are not penny and dime restorations, you would probally be better off with a 4x4..

I love the car but I can't spend all this time and money to build somthing I've never seen drive, drive in, drive, or even sit in.
I should know by next week.

What ever the truck is worth to someone
The car is worth that truck to me if I dont like it, if I can't get what I want then I'm going to keep my car.
Does that sound educated or what? :D

TUFCAT

If you decide to sell at this point, I think the maximum price should be the actual amount you have invested. :Twocents: :Twocents:

miller time

I have a dilema, everything I do pisses someone off.
It's all a great idea untill I start then everyone wants to bitch.
I cant paint the car so spray paint everyone ageed it will work for a few years, Soon as I do the engine bay everyone started bitching at me.
I want to drive the car, sounds good but now they're bitching again.
If I work on the car somone has someting to complain about, if I don't work on the car they complain still.
I don't have jack to build this car with, I can do it but would be rebuilt in a few years or atleast but kept up very well until I can finish it.
But that's not good enough, my dad who says he is proud is willing to pretty much bend me over in frontof anyone he assumes knows what they're doing.
So fine I'll sell the damned thing and get a truck, but WAIT I can't do that EITHER, :brickwall: Why not? Because "I'll loose to much money." Accoding to my dad that cant tell a piston from a motor mount.
I don't know what to do, I tell people I dont want there opoin but they still sit there and bitch, what should I do? Knock them the fuck out? Because I'm about to.
If I cant drive this car during my senior year of high school I don't want it.
Should I sell it for a truck and end the bitching? Do a budget build and fix it later down the road?
Those are really the 2 options I have.

Yes I regret buying the damn thing but I'll regret selling it too. I like workin on it but its a good idea till I do it then OMG its the worst thing I could have ever done.

If you just want me to sell it because you want to be an ass please do us a favor and just leave this thread.

I just want the opinion of a few level headed guys, not the rank of a 40 yearold that lives in his mom's basement and changeda wiper blade once on his Pinot so now he's the world's great mechanic.
I'm really looking for my freind's opinions because they'll try to help me figure this crap out.
Thanks,
Please explain what you opinion is and not just say 3 words.

Back N Black

You know what! your a little Brat! If you don't want opinions do not post in this thread anymore.Do what you want with the car , who cares.

Forza

Holy mother of god already, if you don't even know if you want the car what do you expect us to do about it? You need to get your priorities straight for starters, it's pretty easy. Do you want a charger; Yes/No? Do you want a truck; Yes/No? Or do you just want a cool car to make you feel like a big boy for senior year? In all honesty kid if you are just looking for a car to impress your friends, sell the damn charger and buy something finished. This forum is a great place for advice and opinions but when you come on here basically asking everyone to hold your hand and then turn down any advice given, it's pretty ridiculous. Fist thing you need to realize is everyone's going to complain because everyone has their own idea of a better way or a different opinion on the best looking car. Make it look the way you want it to look because you're the one that's putting the cash and time into it. I could care less if you use a hamster wheel for an engine and paint it pink and stick a bunch of dildos on it (<--- Skip's dream car). It's you're car, not ours. So stop getting worked up if someone doesn't agree with your ideas. Don't take this in the wrong way because I'm not meaning this in a derogatory way, but enough is enough man.

You know, I had that same dream but I learned to deal with the fact that dream isn't happening. Who gives a shit if you can't drive your car senior year of high school, you still have it and you can restore it right as money allows.
